This is a simple night vision mod that I made for myself, but I'll upload it in case it'll be useful for anybody else.

It was designed for the nights with the mod Fellout. Use the 'I' key to toggle night vision. While enabled, it will drain action points.
Fallout Script Extender is needed for it to work. If you want to change the enable key, open the script 'ARTNightVisionScript' with Geck and fose, and replace all 'IsKeyPressed 23' with 'IsKeyPressed ##' where ## is the Directx scancodes (a list of avaiable scancodes can be found here: http://fose.silverlock.org/fose_command_doc.html#DirectX_Scancodes)

How to install:
When extracted you should have three esp's. Move one of the .esps to your Fallout 3/Data folder, enable it with FOMM (or any other mod manager), and click 'I' while playing.

ARTNightVision.esp
This version uses Action Points as a power source

ARTNightVision-No AP drain.esp
This one does not use any power.

ARTNightVision-Energy Cell.esp
This one uses one Energy Cell per activation, and then one per tenth secounds, like this:
0-19 sec, one Energy Cell used
20-29 sec, two Energy Cell used
etc.
