Adds a weapons vendor named Garry to a shop built in the ruined plane ontop of Lucas Simm's house. Garry's shop is up there so Lucas can keep an eye on him. "Shifty business, weapons..."

Also adds a ramp up to the shop (see images). Both the shop and the ramp have been navmeshed.

Garry should go down to the Brass Lantern for breakfast and dinner every day. He also has some of Pronto's dialogue (from Paradise Falls) to make him sound like a proper vendor.

Standard install procedure.
Might conflict with any mods that change Paradie Falls dialogue, or maybe the navmeshes in Megaton.
