Description
===========
This is my first fallout 3 mod. Took me awhile to make so give me some cred please. Adds a player home just outside of vault 101. Also adds on to Jonas's character.

Location
========
House - Just outside vault 101
Key - From Jonas's corpse or the Hidden Metal Box
Aspex - Inside the hideout.

Details
=======
Inside the hideout are lots of consumables, a workbench, and a few other things. There are two custom notes and a custom weapon that I added. One note is on Jonas's dead body that explains why Jonas is giving you the house. The second note is under the Aspex(The custom made pistol) and is a letter from Jonas to Regulator H.Q. but was never delivered. More to come.

Install
=======
1. Copy the .esp file to (install folder)\Fallout3\Data\
2. Start Fallout3, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).

Uninstall
=========
1. Start Fallout3, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the .esp file from \Fallout3\Data\
