hi i would like to ask the help of our wonderful community members here at Fallout Nexus for some assistance i need help with the navmesh of this house due to the fact i absolutely suck at navmeshing, if your intrested in helping out please PM me i will have information on where you can submit your work.

adds a nice home to Canturbury Commons with a upper class feel to it, this house includes a great hall a swimming pool bar a master bedroom also allot of storage room scripted lighting custom scripted water vending machine which for 5 caps will give 1 bottle purified water.

p.s. check next to the each doors for light switches (common sense)

Install
=================
1. past content of folder (except screenshots) to (install folder)\Fallout 3\Data\. (select One ESP Not Both) Overwrite any older versions if asked.

2. Start the Launcher,click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).
if you use FOMM run it place a checkmark beside the .esp close FOMM then play.

if you use patch 1.5 and above please download FO3Edit 2.4.9 EXPERIMENTAL Or Above and change the FO3Edit.exe's Name to FO3MasterUpdate run your mod manager then run FO3MasterUpdate.exe if done correctly you will see a warning at the top of the Canturbury Commons Home.esp in FOMM saying the file is a .esp but the header is a .esm this is correct,then play
