Located along the Potomic....Silo 2 is a research facility filled with Brotherhood Scribes who are researching items and creatures from the wastes... There are plenty of characters for others to add dialogues and quests....so feel free to tweak with this one... I haven't noticed any problems yet, PLEASE comment and rate it.... Also provide me some thoughts/ideas on how to improve it...... ENJOY!!
