An unlikey cross between the gangster suits of the 1930's, and the patched up trenchcoat of a
lone gunner. A tommygun in one hand and a revolver in the other - sounds like a plan...
It can be found in the Warrington Trainyard in a car with a skeleton (possibly the previous owner)
Also included is a 300 round minigun with 0% health

Problems with certain hair meshes causing transparency issues has been fixed. Update file requires the main file to be installed first.
