New Clothing item that retains the stealth capabities of the newly discovered Chinese Stealth Armor, but works as a supplement to all other armor.

A set of Chinese stealth armor that has been modified to allow real armor to be worn over it. As a result, no additional armor bonus exists and you will have some small additional weight. Item is added along with a footlocker to the players house in Megaton. Footlocker will be located next to the workbench. Future Version to add same item in Tenpenny Tower.
V1.1! - Footlocker has been added to Tenpenny Tower as well. You will find the locker in the corner next to the workbench.
