Basically, makes it so that if you kill Roy within 3 days of the ghouls moving in, then the ghouls and humans continue to live together peacefully. I've made two versions of the file, one where 3 Dog still says you killed the Tenpenny residents, and one where he doesn't. I think that preventing him from commenting on this one quest stops him from saying anything about what the player does afterwards. Or at least that's what seems to have happened to me.

I've changed the length of time you have before Roy goes nuts from the default 1 day to what I feel is a more realistic 3 days. I've also added in some new dialogue for Roy when you ask him about what it's like living in Tenpenny tower, but obviously it's not voiced. It's also been made so that his two associates don't turn hostile so long as you don't kill Roy in front of their faces. I'll probably add in some other dialogue for them later.

Finally, if you didn't finish the "Find Argyle" quest before the ghouls moved in, it's now possible to still discuss it with Dashwood, but for some reason his lines aren't voiced, I'll see if I can fix that later.

NB: I originally made this mod just for myself, but after seeing other people being annoyed by the same situation I decided to put it up here. As such, any fixes/upgrades I do to it will be on a "when I feel like it" basis, and I won't provide any support if it doesn't work for you. Feel free to release things based on this mod, and don't feel the need to give me credit in your releases.
