I decided I wanted to play around with the GECK and make my own house. I liked the style and layout of Tenpenny's Tower, but I didn't want to evict the residents permanently. Nor did I like having to burn daylight traveling to the bottom corner of the map. Instead I made my own Tenpenny Tower, its located just north of the Super Duper Mart, basically in the middle of the map. The tower is on it's own island that I created, complete with moat and bridge.

This tower has fortified walls outside just like it's predecessor. It also has the working front gate. I've added turrets along the outside walls for protection (I hate Mirelurks). I copied the Tenpenny interior almost completely, aside from removing some terminals, safes, all the NPCs, and some other Tenpenny specific data.

I've currently disabled the player's normal bedroom until I can play around with the different settings in the original Tower. I've also disabled the basement as I'm not sure if I'll use it at all, I'm open to suggestions. For now feel free to use one of the suites on the top floor.

For those that are wondering, I have no destroyed any quest data nor NPCs to add this tower to the wasteland. I created a new island in the middle of a Mirelurk pond and built on top of that. If anything was destroyed it was a Mirelurk nest, good riddance.

This is a BETA version. I hope to later add my own touches to the tower. Namely, I want to create a quest so the player can purchase the tower and do a sidequest. I'm also looking into adding some NPCs.

[Edit]
6/8/2009 Latest BETA of the tower. I've done some extensive work on the exterior of the tower, still some work to do, but it looks nicer now. I've also added a basement that will later serve as an Armory, this is still in the early stages though. There are two locked doors in the basement, at least one of them will later be used for quests. One of the two inaccessible doors is a Vault door. I also had a little fun with a secret door that leads from the outside to the basement =)
