Corrected a potential glitch with the weapons display script, where
reentering the cell might not update the displayed weapons.

Corrected the multibound setup, lower end systems will appreaciate this.

Fixed the collision on the workbench, you can now use the vise if you
wish to mess around with trying to align objects on it.

None of the changes should effect save games.

This is my first released mod, though I've been moding games for more decades than I'll admit.

I have taken great care to ensure this mod does not change
any of the original content, aside from adding items to one
existing cell. All elements of this mod are additions to the
game world.

This mod adds a player house to Springvale (look below the water tower). It is not exactly just a house mod, but I'll let the player see for themselves.

I tried to give this house all the essential items without just giving them to the player "for free". Since my goal was to not modify any original content I chose alternate ways for the player to acquire the items (not added to shop keeper’s inventory).

I used this as a testing ground for many ideas I had, so it may seem a bit over the top on features (I refuse to spoil it, so either play and see or skip this mod, your choice). There is very little loot added, some reword type items (nothing large and no weapons). I tried to tell the story without using any quests, but using visual clues, please tell me if I achieved my goal.

The only possible conflicts would be with another mod that alters the area below the water tower in Springvale.

This is an ESM since I use the 1.5 patch (with no crashes I might add) and this mod does add non-persistent items to an exterior cell.

3. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
============================

Place the LittleHouse.esm and LittleHouse.bsa into your
Fallout 3/Data directory. Activate the mod with either
FOMM or the launcher (load order does not matter so long
as it is after fallout3.esm).

4. UNINSTALLATION
============================

Make sure you do not have any of the custom content from
the mod in your inventory, go to any cell other than
Springvale (an interior cell like Megaton is best) and
save. Uncheck the mod from the active mod list (using
FOMM or the launcher). Remove LittleHouse.esm and
LittleHouse.bsa from your Fallout 3/Data folder, then
load and re-save your save game (answer yes to the warning
about missing content).
