Quick Fix Plugin v1.6

-Weapons-
- Tri-Beam Laser Rifle now repairable by other Laser Rifles.
- Tesla Cannon now repairable by Gatling Lasers.
- Gauss Rifle now repairable by Plasma Rifles.
- The Tenderizer now properly reduces enemy armor on hit.
- Fists now require only 12 AP in VATS per attack. Kudos to Hundred Fists plugin for the idea.
- All Schematic weapons now repairable by their individual components.
- Plunkett's Valid Points now repairable by other Brass Knuckles.
- Heavy Incinerator now repairable by Flamers.
- Auto-Axes are now repairable by Lawn Mower Blades.
- Partially returned Colonel Autumn's Laser Pistol to its former glory. It is again a rapid fire Laser Pistol, but no longer has such a massive crit damage bonus. It can be considered "balanced" now.
- Lever-Action Rifle and Backwater Rifle now repairable by Hunting Rifles.
- Double-Barrel Shotgun now repairable by Sawed-off Shotgun.
- By request, Alien Blaster and Firelance are now repairable by Plasma Pistols.
- Axe and The Dismemberer are now repairable by Nailboards.
- Increased the damage and lowered the AP cost of the Destabilizer. It should now be more powerful than its non-unique version.

-Armor-
- T51b Armor/Helmets now repairable by other Power Armor/Helmets.
- Armored Vault Suit now repairable by other Vault Suits.
- Boogeyman's Hood now repairable by Raider Wastehound Helmet.
- Shady Hat now repairable by Pre-War Hat.
- Regulator Duster now repairable by Leather Armor.
- Tesla Power Armor/Helmets and Enclave Power Armor/Helmets now cross repairable.
- Recon Armor/Helmets now repairable by Power Armor/Helmets, but not vice versa.
- DLC Operation Anchorage now properly awards the Wasteland version of the Winterized T-51b Power Armor upon completion.
- Ashur's Power Armor now has the correct PipBoy icon.
- General Chase's Overcoat now has the proper in-game model.
- Paulson's Outfit now repairable by Wasteland clothing.
- Sheriff's Hat (both original and DLC Mothership Zeta models) now repairable by Stormchaser Hat.
- Sheriff's Duster now repairable by Leather Armor.
- Leather Rebel and Bombshell Armor are now repairable by Raider armors.
- Obtaining Winterized T-51b Power Armor no longer triggers completion of Side-Quest 14 (You Gotta Shoot 'Em in the Head).

-Perks-
- Ninja perk now properly adds +15% critical chance when using Melee/Unarmed weapons.
- Pyromanic now increases damage of all fire-based weapons (including Nuka-Grenade). Set the world on fire!
- Puppies! perk no longer sets your Follower count to 1 when Dogmeat dies.
- Nerves of Steel now regenerates 2 AP per second (original is 1 AP per 10 seconds). Its effect is now noticeable.
- Solar Powered now regenerates 2 HP per second (original is 1 HP per 10 seconds). It is now more useful, and inline with the upgrade to Nerves of Steel.
- Rad Absorption now decreases your Rad count by 1 Rad per second (original is 1 Rad per 20 seconds). Like Solar Powered, its effect is now propotional to Nerves of Steel.
- Ghoul Ecology no longer affects non-Ghoul targets.
- Xenotech Expert now affects the Electro-Suppressor.

-Items-
- The Anchorage Quartermaster Shipment holotape now properly plays its audio.
- Eating Alien Worm Food now properly plays the eating sound.
- Changed Fort Constantine's armor terminal to display information about T-51b Power Armor, not Prototype Medic Power Armor.

-NPCs-
- Enabled SetEssential on Trader Caravans by default to prevent their buggy scripting from breaking. In addition, added a couple basic countermeasures to make it more difficult to break. It is not advised to disable their SetEssential.
- Completing Main Quest 11 (Take it Back!) no longer disables Paladin Bael and his fellow guards at the Citadel gate.
- Completing DLC Broken Steel Quest 01 (Death from Above) disables Enclave spawns at the Jefferson Memorial.
- DLC Broken Steel should no longer cause Enclave spawns at the Jefferson Memorial prior to "discovering" the Enclave.

-Radio-
- Completing Main Quest 09 (The American Dream) now properly switches the radio in the Citadel's courtyard from Enclave Radio to Galaxy News Radio.
- Starting DLC Broken Steel now fully flags Raven Rock as destroyed, which fixes a bug with DLC The Pitt enabling Enclave Radio after it should be disabled.

*Note:
Using this plugin without all of the DLC add-ons installed in your main Fallout 3 Data directory can lead to game crashes at start-up. To correct this, locate the DLC .esm files in your GamesForWindowsLive directory and copy them to your Fallout 3 Data directory. Guides for assisting in this procedure may be located online.

Thanks for downloading my plugin. Please let me know if you have any questions/problems/suggestions!

Thanks!
