Personally, i thought that The Mall didnt have enough Supermutants for it to be considered a "warzone"
So i made this mod.
Fun to use with Enclave Commander Mod.

so far i've only added super mutants but, soon im going to add buildings and a brotherhood camp at the washington monument.
