Well i found a nasty glitch in fallout 3: if you complete both the pitt and anchorage(haven't tried broken steel yet) that whenever you go indoors the game crashes so this is pretty much a noobs fix for that whereas all the items for the Pitt are in a small hut at the edge of the map north of the radio tower where you start the Pitt quest. If your looking for the anchorage items you'll find them behind a turret near the steel structure where you enter to beginthe quest. although this is a 5 minute mod it at least allows you to continue with the game normally.
