Changed the effect of Chinese stealth armor to cause the Stealth Boy (invisibility) effect to be disabled as long as the player is in a [Caution] status or higher. This prevents exploitation of attacking creatures/NPCs while they are unable to attack the player due to the player being in stealth boy mode.
