An abandoned ranch style home with a bunker. It's near Springvale and has plenty of storage... it might still have a few kinks. I haven't fine tuned it perfectly yet.
It's not supposed to look like a new house or bunker because it is supposed to be aged.
First building for Fallout 3 so I appreciate any input.
