Description:
Stealth camouflage is an electronic device capable of rendering the user invisible.

Location:
This mod makes the "Stealth Camouflage" available in a locked safe at Fort Independence. The safe is in the armory and can only be opened with a key that can be looted/pickpocketed off of Protector Casdin.

This version of the mod reintroduces the "Stealth Camouflage Core" (see below for a description of how it works) which is locked in a secure case in the Deathclaw Sanctuary. The case can only be opened with a key that is looted off of one of the Deathclaws in the sanctuary.

Alternatively, use the following codes with the console (XX represents the Mod Index number, found next to the File category in FOMM):
Stealth Camouflage XX00154C
Stealth Camouflage Core XX0043E2

Install:
1. Copy the .esp file to (install folder)\Fallout 3\Data\. Overwrite any older versions of the .esp file.
2. Start the Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).

Usage:
Without the Stealth Camouflage Core, the Stealth Camouflage requires power from a constant supply of Microfusion Cells; it will consume one (1) MF cell for every second it is equipped. Furthermore, without the core it requires a *permanent* sneak skill of 100 to be equipped; temporary buffs (i.e. Stealth Boys) won't be counted.

Once the Stealth Camouflage Core is found (and kept in your inventory), the sneak skill requirement is lifted, and the Stealth Camouflage can be equipped and used indefinitely without consuming Microfusion Cells. Moreover, with the core, the Stealth Camouflage provides +100 to Sneak.

As before, if the Stealth Camouflage is equipped, with or without the core, it prevents you from pulling aggro when standing, running, or shooting.

To use, equip the Stealth Camouflage to toggle stealth on. Unequip it to toggle stealth off. Even better, assign a hotkey to the Stealth Camouflage for stealth at the push of a button.

How to assign a hotkey:
1. In your Pip-Boy, hold the number ( 1-8 ) you wish to assign as a hotkey.
2. Click the item you wish to assign the hotkey to while still holding said number.
3. That's it! ^_^-v

Notes:
This is my first mod!

This mod does NOT require any DLC packs (Operation Anchorage, The Pitt, etc...).

This version of the Stealth Camouflage is more balanced and aligns itself more to the Fallout 3 ethos. It's no longer available from Moira. What would she be doing with it in the first place? And if she had it, why's she still just a small fry operating a shop in Megaton?

In any case, as described above, it's now in the possession of the Brotherhood Outcasts. And at the request of the masses, the nerf can be removed by recovering the Stealth Camouflage Core from the Deathclaw Sanctuary. It's almost a mini quest to now to get the fully functional Stealth Camouflage.

Hopefully, this'll make everyone happy. ^_^;;;
