This mod is not opted-in to receive Donation Points
A small change to the Cannibal perk which removes the karma penalty, and the part of the perk description pointing out the fact there is one, without changing anything else, such as the health gain or the way people react if you are caught.
Mainly made because I am sick of being Lucifer himself in the eyes of random citizens because I eat a few raiders on the side, far from civilization and their eyes to begin with.
