Swaps Wadsworth\'s model with Button Gwinnett\'s AND adds REPAIR function to him

This mod does 2 things:
1. swaps Wadsworth with the version of the protectron model used for Button Gwinnett from the Stealing Independence.
2. adds a REPAIR option to him
Actualy this is a compilation of two mods:

PS: I've chosen CHEAT variant of Chrome Hamsters' mod - my apologise for HARDCOREROLEPLAYERS 'sic'
So Wadsworth has Repair skill = 100, hi takes caps for it, but there is refund option either =)
