Changes enforcers of RVT city security. Adds new headgear, textures of armors and weapons.

RIVET CITY SECURITY v 1.0
This plug-in changes Officers of Rivet City security. Primo, it changes headgear + they can wear helmets, police caps or just black shades. Second changes textures of their armors. All have emblems of RVT city . For male version, on front: RVT C SECURITY and number, on back: just number. Female version on front: RVT CITY and number, on back: SECURITY and number. Thay can use diffrent weapons type
like: 10 mm SMG, 10 mm pistol and police baton.
Instalation:
Just extract to your fallout data folder and mark him on data files on launcher.
