Changes the normal starting quest with a Alternative Starting one.

=Details on Plug-In=

This Plug-In changes the starting CharGen quest with a quicker one.
-You still get a weapon based on your Stats and Skill choices.
-You still get some decent starting equipment.
-Changes some Quest Scripts to be sure it works properly.
-Moves the "White Light" from Vault 101 to new area.
-Works with Loaded games and Map Marker adjusts to reflect.
-Has most basic tutorial for controls etc.
-Also is a Player Home.
-Note: The interior is VERY DARK when you start this. The lights come on after you exit the interior. This is mainly for people who want to learn to sneak etc with a Hostile nearby.
-Comes complete with NavMeshes that are Hand Made.
-Has some storage.

= Installation=

1) Unzip and place the .esp to Fallout 3's Data Folder.
-Default: [ C:/Program Files/Bethesda Softworks/Fallout 3/Data/ ]
2) Be sure the Plug-In loads last to ensure it works.
-Note: If you do not use FOMM or equivelant, Load the mod in the Editor and save.

1) Uncheck with launcher or delete it.

Should work with any mod long it is loaded last.
It is not compatible with other Alternative Starting mods.

=Known Bugs=
============
Due to moving the "Sunlight Blinding" if you have a file inside Vault 101 and have NOT completed the Quest, upon exiting you will need to head over to the alternative starting area West of Vault 101 to enable the Radio tower.
