Description:
This is a simple addon which adds some sandbag emplacements and a extended garrison outside the Brotherhood outpost at Arlington Library. Includes a merchant who will sell weapons and ammo, aswell as a small bedding area inside the bunker.
At the moment the merchant has no voice. Hopefully this will be fixed in future versions, but for now I'll release it as it is.

Any feedback or contrustive critism is welcome. This is my first attempt at using the GECK, so if anyone has any ideas for improvements, or would like to see bases or outposts anywhere else in the wasteland, please leave a comment.
Installation:
1- Extract RAR file.
2- Copy/Cut "ArlingtonDefenses.esp" into your Fallout 3 Data directory.
3- Check the ESP in FOMM or the Fallout Data Manager.
Future Possibilites:
I started this as a way to familiarise myself with creating AI. Hopefully, I will eventually create a line of Brotherhood quests, starting with a sniper mission that is under construction. This depends on if I can fully grasp quest making, but it is likely this outpost may be bought into the storyline at some point.
