(TROUBLESHOOTING) CRASHING? CAN'T FAST TRAVEL? KEEP READING
--No Fast Travel:
To be honest I think this might be an issue with patch 1.6, I never heard ANYTHING about not being able to fast travel, then after 1.6 came out the reports started flooding in, also every report comes from someone who's using the GTS version or the patch 1.6, you could try making a file in the GECK with a:

SCRIPT:
Script Category = "Quest"
------------
scn 0EnableFastTravel
Begin Gamemode
enablefasttravel 1
end
------------
Then make a new quest, tick "Start game enabled" and Priority = 100, then under the "Script" select the script you just made, save and enable the .esp.

-----------------------------

--Crashing:
I personally never crash and neither do most people. most crashes are because of user errors

"HELP, IT CRASHES WHEN I LOAD MY CHARACTER"
Are you using the GTS version without having the up-to-date GTS version? If so; update your GTS version.

"HELP, IT CRASHES WHEN I SAVE, FAST TRAVEL, ENTER BUILDINGS ETC." =
If you have the official Official patch 1.5:
FIX:
Download the official Official Patch 1.6

OR (if that didn't work)

1)Download and install "Fo3edit" and Fallout Mod Manager if you don't have them already.
2)Rename "Fo3edit.exe to Fo3masterupdate.exe"
3)Run Fallout Mod Manager
4)Click Fo3masterupdate
5)Run Fallout Using the Mod Manager

"STILL NO LUCK?"=

-Do you have Archive Invalidation - Validated properly installed and active?

^ If these don't apply to you then please do report it but make sure you note in your post that you have read and tried everything in this section, also be sure to narrow your mods down so that you're sure that this is the mod that's causing your problem:P

Also, think I've found which load screen is causing crashes for some people

Edit: I think the reason for the infamous Load Screen Crashes are caused if you:

1. Use Version 0.1, play it a little, start the main quest etc
2. Upgrade to Version 0.2 where the main quest gets started automatically, even though you're already on it etc.
3. You walk through a door and crash for some reason.

^ My character started crashing alot and I did those 3 steps, now when I made a new character I could complete the entire Main Quest without crashing once, I think a good temporary solution would be too disable Reykjavik.esp, load your character, exit Fallout, enable Reykjavik.esp again, note that this will erase all your progress in quests, items etc. that were added in this mod, you could also just wait a few days for me to find a fix, although there's not a 100% chance that I will find one

Patch Notes (4.June) Alpha v0.11
A rather small patch
-Adds 5 new hidden cakes, making it a total of 10 which was originally planned
-!!Important: Fixes a bug so that you can actually travel to the Wasteland, the new Vertibird is just outside of New Reykjavik!!

Progress Report (4. June)
Haven't done these in a while, computer finally fixed
-Moved Jon, the guy you get the main quest from, to a brand new location in the Wasteland called "Minefield Baseball Field", it's a raider camp where they have Jon (Jon's a slave) in a prison. Good news for those who blew up Megaton =)
-Heavily detailed New Reykjavik and the island around the city.
-Main Quest 100% fixed
-Navmeshing right now, after that's done I think I'm pretty much done and I can release alpha =).

"Progress Report" (31. May)
-Important: Computer broken, mod probably delayed for about a week, sorry.

Progress Report (12.May)
-New Faction, Icelandic Defense Force, custom textures (Name sounds abit silly, it's actually the real name of the modern "Icelandic Army" in real life it was created by the USA in WWII so that USA had a base close to Germany, they called the soldiers back 3 years ago.) The Fallout 3 lore of the faction is as follows:

-The USA decided not to call the soldiers back due to the war and annexed Iceland.
-A 100-man vault was created for the Defense Force, only the highest ranking individuals got in, after the vault opened after approx. 100 years the defense force decided to try to reclaim Iceland.

Progress Report (9.May)
-Recruiting Voice Actors! PM me.
-100% Finished "I see Geck People" the reward is an unique P94 plasma rifle titled "Proton Pack" which is the name of the device they used in Ghostbusters :D
-Added a cultist settlement
-Detailed the wasteland a lot more, shrubberies, trees etc.
-Not trying to badmouth other people but just for a short comparison, project Valhalla, which has been under development by 7 people almost since F3 came out, it's .esp is 748kb (I know they have like 1-2 new wep meshes) while my .esp, under development for a month by me and my brother is 4000kb, the only stuff that really adds to the .esp's size are objects, quests, landscape etc. The Pitt's .esp is 8500kb, I have all the LOD left though and I've been told that's pretty big :P

(P.S.If you've looked around the GECK you'll notice that the Pitt has hundreds of empty cells, so don't start thinking my mod adds half of The Pitt's 1.5 hrs :P)

Progress Report (8.May)
-Renamed What's new to Progress Report
-Most of the wasteland landscape is complete, just trees and rocks left mostly
-Vallarhjaleiga almost completely finished, includes a quest, a backstory, 5 residents, a vendor and you can rent a bed. Just AI data left
-New Quest: I see Geck People
A short quest, bring the owner of Vallarhjaleiga, Sigurdur, 5 pieces of Gecko meat, haven't decided on a reward.

Progress Report (7. May)
-Wiki up! http://f3iceland.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout_3_-_GTS_-_Iceland_Wiki
-Wasteland progress moved from 50% to 80%
-Added a new weapon using a semi-unused mesh from bethesda (the Mysterious stranger's gun, it's a custom model)
-Added 2 new modder's resource Winchester M1887 Shotgun meshes, I know I said I was done but they were only 500kb in total, and they fit in with the wasteland so perfectly :P
-Added a hidden creature somewhere in the wasteland based on an Icelandic legend. (Lagarfljotsormurinn, it's the Icelandic version of Loch Ness, hehe, I know, made up for tourism)
-Added a classic Fallout reference "The Cafe of Broken Dreams" in the Wasteland.
-Erm, loads of new food.
-*Oh, I was also Planning this:
(Optional)No GTS version:
Not 100% sure if this is possible while I'm so far in, but GTS does nearly nothing for the mod, just a 150MB download for those who don't have it

(Optional)Low Bandwidth Version
Basically what I do is I change the mod so you don't need to download all of the custom weapon meshes, example: I change the SVD's Dragunov mesh and sound to the vanilla sniper rifle mesh and sound, this is optional.

Progress Report (3. May)
-Progress bars
-Prank Quest named, 100% complete
-Changed to .7zip saving 15 MB's off your download (85MB zipped) think I'll stop making custom meshes to save bandwidth now
-Renamed file to "work in progress" instead of "placeholder, placeholder kind of feels like "just reserving the name"
-Changed category to New Lands instead of Quests and Adventures
-Began work on a new awesome wasteland quest, I'm done with alot of the dialogue + locations, what you have to do is:
You find a small tribe (5 residents, it does have a hidden treasure and a store) in a small valley in the Icelandic Wasteland, the tribal chief there will ask you to help restore the land, you think of a GECK and return to the scientist in New Reykjavik, she'll tell you she was working on a small-scale fast working GECK that only takes about a week to work but only covers a small area, she fell short of some parts and will ask you to go find them for her, once you do she'll construct it for you, you go to the tribe's village and tell the tribe to evacuate while you set up the GECK, once you set it up you'll have one minute (more than enough) to get out of there, if you wait a week the village will actually transform from crappy wasteland -> Beautiful Oasis and the tribe will construct statues of you for your work, screenshots soon =).

Note: suggest names in the comments section or PM, remember this: it's a small tribe of ghouls and they sought shelter in a small valley and have been living there ever since.

-Made a topic on the official forums, link at the bottom, fallout3nexus will be updated more frequently though.
-Added alot of Wasteland :P
-Made a moddb.com page

Progress Report (2. May)
-It took some time, but I made a bunch of leveled lists and new items for raiders so the raiders change into more powerful armor/weps as they level, most of the equipment they're carrying are new models etc. Example:

Player is level 1, the raider will be wearing:
ARMOR:
(80%)Normal raider armor = 16 DR
(10%)Raider Leather armor = 18 DR
(10%)Raider Wasteland Clothing

HEAD ITEMS: (90% chance of raider actually wearing a head item):
(60%)Normal Raider Head Items
(40%)Bandanna's and Wasteland head items

GUNS:
(25%)14mm; DPS 25, Damage 14
(25%)Sawnoff; DPS 24, Damage 50
(25%)10mm; DPS 16, Damage 9
(25%).32DPS 10, Damage 6

MELEE:
(25%)Tire Iron = Damage 6, DPS 13
(25%)Junk Kni = Damage 6, DPS 13
(25%)Hatchet= Damage 11, DPS 16
(25%)Dirty Axe = Damage 13, DPS 19

MOLOTOV: (15% of raiders will be carrying Molotov's)
(100%)Normal Molotov

Now, as the player levels most of the raider's won't just stop using the items, they'll just use them alot less, example:

The Player is Level 16 (or higher), the raiders will be wearing:
ARMOR:
(20%)Combat Armor
(20%)Metal Armor
(10%)Raider Leather Armor
(40%)Reinforced Normal armor (Increased DR/Value/Weight)
(10%)Normal Raider Armor

HEAD:
(40%)Reinforced Norms
(20%)Metal
(30%)Combat
(10%)Tribal Power Armor Helm

GUNS:
(10%)14mm Pistol
(10%)MP5A4
(10%)MP5SD5
(10%)Combat Shotgun
(10%)P94 Winchester Plasma Rifle
(10%)SVD Dragunov
(20%)Assault Rifle
(20%)Chinese Assault Rifle

MOLOTOV:
(50%) Normal Molotov
(50%) Concentrated Molotov (1.5x damage compared to normal)

Pfffff, finally, I just found it kind of boring killing every raider in one shot with my A3-21's Plasma Rifle since raiders are the main enemy in Iceland

-ALSO started working on a massive Icelandic Wasteland
-Added: P94 Winchester Plasma Rifle, YK42B Pulse Rifle, Metal Tesla Armor + helmet, 14mm AP Pistol, Tribal Power Armor helmet.

Progress Report (1. May)
Development's been pretty slow for the past few days, still polishing
-The file size is 200 MB's now, the .esp is 2,840 MB
-3 New Weapons, 1 New Armor set.
-Cleaned up the description
-Added a haunted house, quest planned, later.
-Added a dumpster in New Reykjavik which respawns every 3 days, you MIGHT find some really valuable things in it, one man's garbage is another man's treasure.

Progress Report (26. april)
-Added an aprox. 300 word book describing the Icelandic vaults etc. (100% Lore Friendly)
-I'm just bugfixing ATM
-I really want to release this as soon as possible so the Mafia quest-line *probably* won't be implemented untill about a week after the Open Beta
-More custom textures
-Added another way to complete a specific quest, won't spoil it :P

Progress Report (25. april)
(After seeing glebzorz's comment I decided to make more small updates ;P)
-Mainly alot of polishing going on right now
-Added an aprox. 1000 page book in 3 chapters scattered around the place, there are 2 of each chapter scattered around the place it's called "The History of Iceland" the chapter's are about how Iceland was first discovered, everything about Reykjavik and everything about Surtsey :P
I'm planning on adding a 4th chapter about the nuclear war
-More dialogue for the random settlers, they also walk around, eat and sleep now :P
-Most of the suburb-interiors are done.
-Added 2 versions of Molotov Cocktails, a Cryostasis gun, Cryostasis mine and a Cryostasis Grenade using unused Bethesda meshes and textures.
-Added more unique named weapons with unique effects such as burning bullets, poisoned daggers etc.
-*Oh, and a Frag Grenade Launcher which actually uses frag grenades

Progress Report (17. april)
-Added lots of unique named treasures hidden around the city, they sell for loads.
-Added 2 new stores in New Reykjavik
-Added a Molotov (Called Petrol Bomb to avoid conflicts) and a Concentrated Petrol Bomb, they use the Bethesda Molotov-mesh that was never used in-game so it's kind-of a new mesh.
-Retextured some vault doors and suits so they actually display the correct number
-And more, back to modding!

-Old Reykjavik almost finished, most parts are navmeshed
-and more..

-Lots of bugs fixed.
-6 custom loading screens

-Custom textures for both a moving and non-moving Icelandic Flag.
-Lots of "new" weapons (Modder's resource, see credits)
-File size is 132MB, ESP is 2MB so far.

I recently played this mod and it took me 90 minutes just to go through the quests, I'm planning on making that number alot higher (2-3 hours atleast)

You can either break in to the person's house and steal some evidence or you can go to a scientist and analyze the meat. After that you can choose to either report it to the sheriff for karma or you can blackmail the restaurant owner for big $$$.

Uninstallation
First you should get your character out of the Iceland worldspace,
you probably will also need to manually remove the perks from the mod through console.

player.removeperk...
Treasure Hunter = 0x034983
Dermal Implants = 0x057137
Phoenix Implants = 0x057137
*X = Load Order number.
Then just delete the Reykjavik.esp from your Fallout3/data
and if you want; delete all the textures and meshes contained in the Reykjavik.7zip
