!!! REQUIRE OPERATION ANCHORAGE DLC !!!

Adds a new town half way between Fort Independece and Tempeny Tower. I got a tonns of idea for this addon, like:
Map marker included.

Town:
-Upper part
-Lower part
-Prison

Armory: A supply tent, free for the locals but outsiders got to pay for the merchandise

Food/Drink/Inn: Food tent, same as armory, you got to pay for food, and I removed the stuffs from the fridge It turned out that Havok don't really like them.
You can buy drink, and rent bed in the Inn(dices crib).

Guard posts: ~6 installed guard posts.

Population: 45~

Lower part: Majors house, Dices Crib, picnic area, truck trailer home, common house, workshop, Food tent

Upper part: guards tent, armory tent, outhouse, stairs to prison level

Prison level: A prison made from plane wreckage

Ground level: shooting range

And there is a Michael Jackson effect (not the moonwalk) afro ppl's head become a bit brighter than they should be, al least for me... is there anyone hwo met with this bug?
