About this mod

This mod adds a series of new weapons called Tranquilizer Weapons along with a set of Tranquilizer ammo. They can be purchased from Chief Gustavo in Tenpenny Tower and from Flak and Shrapnels in Rivet City.

1. INSTALLING THE PLUGIN

*****************************************************************

1. Extract to Fallout 3/Data and enable only one of the plugins
depending on your preference in the Fallout 3 Launcher. Do NOT
enable more than one.

2. Mod Description

*****************************************************************

This mod adds a series of new weapons called Tranquilizer
Weapons along with a set of Tranquilizer ammo. They can be
purchased from Chief Gustavo in Tenpenny Tower and from Flak and
Shrapnels in Rivet City.

When fired at a creature or NPC it will knock them out for
3 minutes. You can loot everything off NPCs including what
their wearing via the search option. If you shoot them they
will wake up and get up off the ground to attack you.

While a person is unconscious you can enslave them if you
have a slave collar in your inventory. They'll head to
Paradise Falls when they wake up.

To make bodies movable open the fallout 3 ini file and change
bAllowHavokGrabTheLiving=0
to
bAllowHavokGrabTheLiving=1

IMPORTANT NOTE: The search and enslave option is ONLY present
while a Tranquilizer weapon is equipped. If it is not present
try unequipping and reequipping a tranquilizer weapon.
See Technical section for why its not always present.

The weapons are as follows:
Tranquilizer Pistol (Small Guns Skill)
Tranquilizer Rifle (Small Guns Skill)
Tranquilizer Energy Pistol (Energy Guns Skill)
Tranquilizer Grenade
- WARNING: Can and WILL knock you out if your caught
in the blast radius
- Enemies will not wake if you injure them
Tranquilizer Stick (Melee Weapons Skill)
- Must be sneaking and undetected to knock an enemy out
- Enemies will not wake if you injure them

Tranquilizer Energy Rifle (Energy Guns Skill)
- REQUIRES OPERATION ANCHORAGE DLC

Ammo Types:
Tranquilizer Darts (Small Guns versions)
Tranquilizer Energy Cells (Energy Guns versions)

Tranquilizer Weapons.esp
- Includes everything except the Tranquilizer Energy Rifle

Tranquilizer Weapons Anch.esp
- Includes everything, REQUIRES Operation Anchorage DLC

Enable only one.

Technical: The weapons add a special hidden perk when their
equipped which is automatically removed when their unequipped.
The automatic adding and removing of the perk was done to
prevent CTD's upon uninstalling this mod.

The search option CANNOT be removed so do not ask. Changing it
to open the NPCs content immediately resulted in a instant CTD.

- Updated the non DLC version by removing the gauss rifle entry
and removing the dependency.
