This replaces one of the small, unnesescary rooms in the resdiential part of the Haven. It has storage, a bed, a gate to Paradise falls for easy travel back to D.C and a gate plus barred windows to keep unwanted people out.

This is my first mod so it is pretty simple, but is there if you really want a house soon in the Pitt.

To install just take the only file and put it into your fallout data file, its very simple.

Future plans our to expand across to the opposite buildings roof, so stay tuned to....something. And also, now thanks to the epicness of one FoxtrotZulu, there will be a slave maid and more coming to the house, the slave will cut your hair and more. Also there will be a shooting range on the opposite building and a chill out space with a pool table. Also an elevator from the bottom ground and hopefully a button to lock all the doors. So the mod is just starting to get better! And, drum roll please, there is now going to be a working merchant who sells things in the bottom of Ashurs tower!
