Lol, I hit Delete File cause I thought it deleted the ...well file I was updating, but no it delete the WHOLE post, comments and votes, doh! :(

1 Day, 2 Day, 7 Day, 15 Day, 30 Day, 60 Day, 90 Day. 180 Day, 1 Year and 10 Year.
Why? Cause you know someone will ask! :p
This stops the monsters from respawning, they normally respawn every 3 days, now with one of these you can choose how often they respawn. :)
Install, drop your choice of ONE (I SAID ONE ONLY, DAMN IT!) of these files into your main Fallout 3/data folder. :)
Uninstall, delete the file you just put in your main Fallout 3/data folder.
Default is 3 days, iirc.
