This is my first mod which I have decided to make available to the Fallout 3 Community.
A very simplistic house that has an interior accurate to the size of the exterior. The house is filled only with the basic necessities and decorations which include the following:
Bed
Empty Containers
Nuka Cola Vending Machine
Work Bench
(Purified) Water Fountain
Pool Table
Enclave Radio
Mini-Monument Decorations
and a few other extras
Their are No cheat items nor items which would give any major benefit to players from early on to late in the game.
The House is located in the previously boarded up house in the western sector of town.
I am still debating if I wish to attach a script to make the house obtainable (as of now the house is completely free and accessible from a fresh out of the vault player.
