This mod will be updated sometime near February or March. I am currently working on a different FO3 Mod. Expect it soon.


This simple mod adds a Chinese propaganda radio station to the wasteland. The songs are comprised of old Chinese propaganda songs and some of North Korean propaganda songs as well.
The radio station itself is fully voiced by myself for now. If you can offer a better voice acting, you are welcome to notify me anytime.
This is currently a beta version, so some fine tuning will be necessary in the future. The talking activator is currently set to broadcast everywhere.

This mod is actually a prelude to a planned mod about an enigmatic group called 'The People's Council'. More about them will be revealed later.

-Fix bugs related to quest variables.
-Add more propaganda songs.
-Add 'Wise Words from Confucius' section, fully voiced.
-Add 'Captain Xiao's Messages' section, fully voiced.(Sort of like the President's speeches)
-General sound quality improvements.
-Possibly get a new voice actor if necessary.
