Just a small home right outside of bigtown. It's not hard to miss, it's an intact
house just outside of Big Town.

UPDATE!!!~~--THE SUPER MUTANT TRIGGER FOR THE BIG TOWN QUEST HAS BEEN MOVED! DO NOT ACTIVATE UNLESS YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO THE BIG TOWM QUEST OR HAVE FINISHED IT!!!~~~

Update!!-Version 2 BETA has been released for those who would like to test! All you need to do is do the Big Town quest and comment on this if the super mutants spawn correctly! Credit goes to Dewi_Morgan for helping me solve this issue!

To install this just extract the files to your fallout 3 data folder
located in My Computer/C:/Program Files/ Bethesda Softworks/Fallout 3/Data
Next, when you open up the launcher, go to Data Files and check RanchHome by Matt
