Misc Item Refurbish ~ Wrench v1.0
Praetexta

Description
~~~~~~~~~~~
This simple mod is the third part to a planned series to expand the usefulness of misc items in the Wasteland.
Before i continue, as of this version (as with most of my mods), this mod is based on pure funtionality and immersion. I hated the fact that there are so many items in the game world that are completely devoid of purpose (besides what, 2 or 3 caps?). This is what these mods are aimed for. And no, this mod doesn't let you hold a wrench (visually, anwyay) ;D
What this mod does is let the player use a wrench to temporarily increase his or her Repair skill for 30 seconds. This should leave plenty of time for the player to use the wrench as a means to help out in a jam when repairs are desperately needed (without breaking immersion).
I found that it was annoying that i couldn't use something like a wrench to "help" me temporarily get me over the bump to the next repair prerequisite (i.e some items require level 21 repair to be able to be repaired, this mod can help you repair what you need when your in a bind, if you have a wrench on you ;) )
To activate this effect, simply DROP the wrench from your inventory (right-click by default), and the menu should activate with an option for it to advance your repair skill by 15 for 30 seconds (which i dont think is counted while in your Pip Boy), or to drop the wrench as normal.
~~please note!~~
--IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO "STACK" MULTIPLES OF THIS EFFECT, THE SCRIPT WILL NOT ACTIVATE IF IT IS ALREADY CURRENTLY RUNNING--
Have Fun!
Keep an eye out for future refurbishes as well! ;)
