This is a reworking of otm's "Auto Aim Explained and Properly Applied" mod. While he explains how to use Auto Aim and extends the range, I find the entire Auto Aim system to be too loose. I tightened the cone of lockon for Auto Aim. Now when you shoot the arm you actually shoot the arm! Occasionally it'll target another body part for a bullet or two. I've also edited Third Person value so it should work the same.

The Regular version is pretty good.
The More Accurate version's values are considerably smaller than Regular version's. Should work better, but no guarantees.

Edit: Remade the files. One required Fook.esm as a dependency. They both require only Fallout3.esm now. Enjoy!
