1. INSTALLING THE PLUGIN

*****************************************************************

1. Extract to Fallout 3/Data and enable Tenpenny Suite in the
Fallout 3 Launcher.

2. Mod Description

*****************************************************************

This mod adds a brand new suite to the Tenpenny Tower. It does
NOT replace the existing one and will NOT conflict with it.

To access the new suite simply go to the elevator as normal but
instead of clicking on the elevator door click on the elevator
button on the left hand side.

As of v1.4 this mod will require the Point Lookout DLC. There is
however a v1.4 that does not require Point Lookout but this will
no longer be updated.

Known Bugs: The elevator button is floating slightly because up
against the wall the teleport was inaccessible. The same is true
for the mirror in the bathroom neither are overly noticable.

I built this house for myself but i figured some others might
like it especially the scripts i wrote. Details on the house
are below.

Features:
Armory
- Contains Boxes for Ammunition and Meds, Boxes, Shelves,
Cabinets, WorkBench with Parts Storage Box, Excess space
for Mannequin placement, Ammo Press, Energy Cell Charger,
Labratory

Bathroom
- Bath, Infirmary set, Mirror, Sink, Toilet,

Bedroom
- Bed, Wardrobes, Desk, Safe, Terminal

Kitchen/Living Room
- Food Storage, Nuka Cola Machine, Water Purifier, Table,
Chairs, Shelves, Counters, Stove, Punga Plant

Special Features:
Below is a list of special items in the suite to automate things
and provide various abilities

Ammo Storage
- A box for every type of ammunition in the armory plus 6 spare
boxes
- Activate Weapon Bobblehead on shelf to get options to
Automatically sort all ammunition into their proper boxes as
a single type or by Weapon group (Small Guns, Energy Guns ect)

Ammo Press
- Ability to change unwanted ammunition into another type via
terminal. Each ammo type has a value based on it's rarity,
rare ammos will give large amounts of common ammunition but
common ammunition will give small amounts of rare ammo.
- Ammo Options Include: 5mm, 5.56mm, 10mm, .32 Caliber,
.44 Magnum, .308 Caliber, Darts, Missiles, Railway Spikes
and Shotgun Shells

Assorted Parts Storage
- A box next to the workbench has options to automatically
remove and store all craftable item ingredients

Energy Cell Charger
- Ability to change unwanted energy cells into another type via
terminal. Each energy cell type has a value based on it's
rarity, rare energy cells will give large amounts of common
energy cells but common energy cells will give small amounts
of rare energy cells
- Energy Cell Options Include: Electron Charge Packs, Energy
Cells, Fission Batteries, Mesmetron Power Cells, Micro
Fusion Cells

Infirmary Set
- Option to Heal wounds, Restore stats, Limbs and Remove Rads.
All options require the use of chems.
- Healing wounds requires 1 Stimpak and the amount healed is
(Medicine x 4) + (Intelligence x 10). With Fast Metabolism
you get an extra 20% healing added to the final result.
- Healing limbs requires Stimpaks. Each limb requires 1
stimpak to be fully healed. The amount of Stimpaks
required is dependent on your medicine skill. Every 25
points reduces the cost by 1 Stimpak down to maximum of 1.
- Removing Rads requires 1 RadAway and the amount removed is
(Medicine x 10) + (Intelligence x 10) / y (y stands for the
first radiation threshold level and need only be changed via
menu if you use a mod like Deadly Radiation to reduce the
thresholds.

Labratory
- Ability to create new chems by placing them into the empty
vials container and using the labratory to select which chem
to create.
- Ability to create 1 new chem for every 3 chems of any type.
- Ability to create 1 RadAway or RadX for every 1 Refined
Punga Fruit or every 2 Wild Punga Fruit.

Medical Storage
- A box for every type of med in the armory plus 4 spare boxes
- Activate Medical Bobblehead on shelf to get options to
Automatically sort all Meds into their proper boxes or by a
single type

Mirror
- Option to change hairstyle
- Option to remodel face
- Option to have sex change (clean swap no menus)
- Option to change race
- Option to become younger
- Option to become older
- The options to become older or younger change the age value
by 1. Making an adult go to a child or elder. This will
only work on races that have various age groups like the
original 4.

Nuka Cola Machine
- Option to add all Nuka Cola bottles to turn it into Iced Nuka
Cola
- Option to add all Nuka Cola Quantum bottles
- Option to purchase Nuka Cola Quantum for 100 caps per bottle

Punga Plant
- Upon entering the suite the Punga Plant will start growing.
Every day it will produce 1 to 3 Refined Punga Fruit. You
will not need to collect it as the plant is a container and
the newly grown fruit will simply be added to the container.

Refridgerator
- Option to automatically load all Food or Alcohol into the
fridge
- Option to purchase 500 caps worth of 4 different types of
meat which is automatically added to your fridge

Safe
- Option to lock safe from very easy to hard repeatedly

Stove
- Option to cook Miss Quantum Pies, Mirelurk Cakes and Strange
Meat Pies. Example: Strange Meat + Flour = 3 Strange
Meat Pies
- Option to view list of cookable recipes

Terminal
- Option to lock terminal from easy to hard repeatedly

Water Purification Machine
- Requires 1 RadAway to Purify every 10 bottles of Dirty Water
- Option to add Radaway to Purifier Machine in batches of
1 and 5
- Machine stores charges so Dirty Water can be changed in any
quantity
- Automatically removes all Dirty Water and adds the Purified
Water in your inventory

- Added a mirror to the bathroom with options to change body and
appearance
- Added a labratory to the armory with the ability to create
chems
- Added a Refined Punga Plant to the living room which will grow
1 to 3 fruit every day

the fridge

- Redid the Infirmary's scripting to my own. It now requires
chems to use and the results are dependant on your medicine
skill with intelligence adding a small bonus
- Added a missing message for the WorkBench Parts Container
confirming that your parts were stored
- Increased the message time to 5 seconds for all messages

v1.2
- Added the Ammo Press to the Armory. It's scripting is a
modified version used in The Pitt DLC. I added it because
it sucks to travel all the way to the Pitt to change ammo
- Added the Energy Cell Charger to the armory. Scripting almost
identical to the ammo press. Had to add it since i added
the ammo press plus there's none for energy cells with The
Pitt DLC
- Removed mass of messages for using auto sorting. They are
replaced with a single message confirming it has been done.
- Upgraded Nuka-Cola machine to quick store all Quantums
- Water Purifier now informs you if only some of your water was
purified because it ran out of charges
- Updated NavMesh for new item additions

v1.1
- Fixed the Navmesh problem. NPCs and Companions should be able
to navigate through the suite properly now. It may however
take them a while to zone in, seems like a game thing.
- Added Darts, Railway Spikes and Shotgun Shells to the ammo
sorter for single ammo types which i apparently forgot.
