Yes, I know there are plenty of vaults and stuff here, but I wanted something different. You exit the Vault half dead, maybe with some crippled limbs, don't want to waste your stimpacks and you know that the nearest place to sleep is the Mart, where you have to fight. So, I took the Red Rocket's back yard and fortified it a bit. A nice place to be until you get the house or the suit. No uber and cheat items, the ammo boxes are empty, probably it was Wolfgang...

- All containers within the fences safe (trash bin, too)
- Bed (non well rested), some spirits, and some junk to find.
- No damn loading screens, instant access to your stuff.

Install, remove the usual.
