Hello Again,
Building upon the retexts I've done for the stealth armour, and the eye targeter, I've rolled these into one mod. In addition, I've changed the stealth armor mesh and made it more heavily armored.
The armor itself is female only, as I haven't really the time to do a male one aswell.. if you wear it as a male I beleive it'll look like the stealth armor.
The Eye Targeter can be used by either sex, as the meshes are the same.
Both items can be found dumped on the floor in the 'loot room' you unlock after completing operation anchorage. It requires power armor training and can be reapired using enclave armor (the eye uses enclave helms).
I'm afraid I'm not the best at editing meshes or textures so there are a few clipping issues, but hopefully not to bad.
Let me know if there's anything not working, and if its within my limited abilities, I'll sort it out.

Although I didnt use any of the textures in my mod, I think credit should go to BounceDK for his BOS-W01 Power Armor Texture, (http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=698) as I found it far easier to identify the different parts of the armor looking at his texture than from the original.. oh,the light on the cylindars was imspired by his textures.
