1: Description
This is the second part in my modular super hero upgrade mod (long title :P) the first mod being and mod for the AntAgonizer Armor located here http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4285
Features:
-while wearing the Mechanist Helmet Robots won't attack you
-when wearing the full set of armor you are granted the Upgrade Perk which gives you an increase in percception, damage resistance(equal to metal armor), and a added 10% crit chance in VATS
-changed the +1 endurace enchant to a +5 energy weapons
-armor is able to be repaired with metal armor
this is just a brief overview, a more in depth description of the basis of the mod is on the AntAgonizor's page

Drop the .ESP file in your fallout 3 DATA folder

uncheck from launcher, then delete from data folder

-there is a bug that will not show the increases of DR and perception when initially equiping the armor, all you
have to do is exit the pipboy and enter it again and it will show all the new stats

5: Incompatibilities
Ghoul Mask- both have the ability to be worn at the same time, but if they are they negate each others effects
