This is my first Fallout 3 building interior mod, so be nice.
It adds a ruined house in the middle of nowhere somewhere near the MDPL-13 Power Station. It's unmarked, so you'll have to do a little bit of exploring. All I will say is that it's in the area of land between Minefield, MDPL-13, and the Temple of the Union.
The basement fallout shelter is packed full of useful items for your adventures, it has a bookshelf with one of each skill book available in the game, and also has a fully stocked kitchen area. It has a bathroom as well, with a locked door that can only be hacked if you have a high enough science skill. Otherwise you'll need to find the password for it. Main living area also contains a workbench and safe for storing valuables. It also has a very hard locked terminal that provides a backstory to the shelter. You won't really need to hack into it anyway because the password is pretty easy to find as it is.
I'm most likely going to improve the lighting in a later version.
