Places a briefcase in the corner of the Outcast Outpost\'s locked vault that contains a separate and Intact Chinese Stealth Suit and Helmet. Wearing both together allows use of the Stealth-on-Sneak capability.

Places a briefcase in the corner of the Outcast Outpost's locked vault that contains a separate and Intact Chinese Stealth Suit (+15sneak) and Intact Chinese Stealth Helmet (+1per). Wearing both together allows use of the Stealth-on-Sneak capability. (rather than simply having two separate suits of stealth armor, one that can stealth, or one that can be worn without a helmet)
The helmet has also been adjusted to remove any hats or eyewear you may already be wearing. (Masks have been left on, but merely as an oversight... oops.)
-Method-
Use of both pieces of armor bestows a Perk that activates the Stealth-on-Sneak capability.
Removal of either piece will result in loss of the perk, and therefor return to full visibility.
**In case of loss of life or, worse, damage to the suit due to user error: No refunds will be rewarded.

-Compatability-
The case's location is compatable with DLC Reward Room Fixed and T3T's Anchorage Extras. (Directly to the right as you enter the vault.)
'Operation: Anchorage' DLC is required. (So, please don't ask...)
-Bugs-
The only one I've encountered is with current savegames, due to the use of a "dummy" quest that is set to "Begin at start of game".
In order to 'jump-start' the suit, open the console and enter:
startquest xx001030
(xx replaced with the hex load order number for the mod... if using FOMM v0.9xxx or later, it will be listed to the right of the mod name.)

This mod was created for free use by any. Please at least show respect for myself and farbentier (for his brains and acceptance of my using his gigantic shoulders to perch upon) by acknowledging our contributions.

-Addendum-
The text used for the message popups are made purely through use of English>Chinese Pinyin translators... If someone can better translate the text, I welcome any input.
