Or, type in console
"player.additem XX000EA6 1" (XX is Mod Index)
Install

Extract the archive with an actual version of 7zip.
Copy meshes and textures folder to your Data folder.
Uninstall

Delete RE folder in meshes and textures folder.
and textures\Interface\icons\pipboyimages\apparel\apparel_jilloutfit.dds
Known Issues

I'm not good at 3d modeling and texturing.
