This Mod gives the following Traders a 100 Repair skill. Thus allowing them to repair items in your inventory to 100 Percent.

This does mean you will have to pay alot more caps to get item repaired since you cant choose how much you whant the item repaired. Dont use this mod if caps are a problem for you.
