With Armor Your Vault Suits!, any Vault Jumpsuit you find can upgraded with armor pieces by Moira. All you need is the jumpsuit you wish to upgrade and 250 caps.

Now there's a practical use for all of those Vault Suits you find. Almost every Vault Suit you bring to Moira can be outfitted with armor pieces. The suits have the same Damage Resistance as leather armor, and have effects related to the vault they came from.
Armored Vault 77 Jumpsuit
Effect: Just like the normal Vault 77 Jumpsuit, the Armored version gives +5 to both Melee Weapons and Unarmed.
Armored Vault 87 Jumpsuit
Effect: +25 Rad. Resistance. The Vault 87 Jumpsuit is not obtainable in-game, so I have added several in various rooms inside Vault 87.
Armored Vault 92 Jumpsuit
Effect: +1 Charisma and +5 Speech. Like the Vault 87 Jumpsuit, the Vault 92 Jumpsuit is not obtainable in-game, so I have added several of the Jumpsuits inside Vault 92.
Armored Vault 101 Jumpsuit
Effect: Just like the old Armored Vault 101 Jumpsuit, this gives +5 to both Small Guns and Energy Weapons.
Armored Vault 106 Jumpsuit
Effect: +5 Crit. Chance
Armored Vault 108 Jumpsuit
Effect: +1 Agility and +5 Sneak
Armored Vault 112 Jumpsuit
Effect: +1 Intelligence and +5 Science
Armored Vault 101 Utility Jumpsuit
Effect: Just like the normal Utility Jumpsuit, the Armored version gives +5 to both Lockpick and Repair.
Armored Modified Utility Jumpsuit
Effect: Just like the normal Modified Utility Jumpsuit, the Armored version gives +5 to Repair, +10 Rad. Resistance, and +1 Luck
Armored Vault 13 Jumpsuit
Effect: Before Moira makes this you can choose between seven different effects, designed for each SPECIAL attribute. *Spoiler* It's hidden somewhere in the caverns beneath Harold, in Oasis */Spoiler*
