Description:
The PipBoy light seems too slow to activate to me, so this little mod changes the fPlayerPipBoyLightTimer GMST to .3 from .8 which makes it come on considerably faster when you hold the PipBoy key down.
I'm enjoying writing tiny mods to learn and make my own game feel smoother. I hope someone else out there finds this useful.

Installation:
Extract the archive to your \Fallout3\Data directory.
Start the Fallout3 Launcher.
Click Data Files.
Place a check by Faster PipBoy Light.esp.
Play the game and enjoy.

Uninstallation:
Delete - or use the launcher to uncheck - Faster PipBoy Light.esp.
Load your save and click Yes when asked if you want to continue to load.
