Nim has all the collectible items from Vault 101 (weapons, armor, clothing, stimpacks, water, etc.)
The save file is right before leaving the vault (I saved it before activating the door so you can run around and check out her face out of the character editor) I randomly alllocated S.P.E.C.I.A.L. points and tag skills so MAKE SURE TO REDISTRIBUTE THEM before exiting.
Some info about how I left the vault: I did not kill the Overseer, I convinced Butch to save his own mother and I also managed to pick up the Medicine Bobblehead. Nim's carry weight is maxed out with all the stuff I could pick up for a quick boost in caps once you reach Megaton. I DID NOT read the Grognak comic book for those who may wish to save it for the perk which grants two points instead of one.
To install and begin your game as Nim, extract the .fos save file to C:\Documents and Settings\My Documents\My Games\Fallout3\Saves\
It's not a clean save file as I had some mods running but they are mostly weapon damage mods and texture mods so you should encounter no problems with loading the game.
