This small fix should completely remove mouse acceleration in foreground menus caused by the 1.1 patch.

For anyone who hasn't seen it over here yet: http://www.bethsoft.com/bgsforums/index.php?showtopic=941054 a proper fix has been found for the mouse acceleration issue in 1.1, simply add these lines to the [controls] section of your fallout.ini:
fForegroundMouseAccelBase=0
fForegroundMouseAccelTop=0
fForegroundMouseBase=0
fForegroundMouseMult=0
note: I didn't come up with this fix, someone else did. I'm just posting it in the hopes that more people see it.
