After searching Nexus for a home mod, I noticed that the trend seems to be huge homes. If you are like me, those huge mansions just doesn't feel right. So with that, I created my first mod.

I cleaned up the area around the bridge of Big Town to make room for a locker, bed roll, sand bags and an old refrigerator.

I guess the only conflicts with my mod would be if another mod changed the areas of Big Town as well.

:edit: I removed the Nuka Cola mechine because for some people the mechine would take the nuka cola from the player's inventory but didn't turn them into ice cold nuka colas. I replaced the nuka cola mechine with an old fridge so that players can store their food stuffs.
