Scratch now has a voice, thanks to Lovelit's AI Voice Over mod!
It's so well made, I completely recommend it!

tommyguntwo has converted this mod to TTW, and added a whole bunch of dialogue, perks and other features! They've done an amazing job, please check it out!

I think it would be a crazy amount of effort, but it would be amazing

This might be my new favorite follower mod now. Shes small so she dosent block corridors too much. She not op cause she uses a dart gun. Can be essential. Adorable too with a very unique appearance . Combined with the Ai voice mod just completes the whole package. 10/10 perfect follower.

I...gotta ask this here because i can't find answers anywhere regarding this small problem...so i've downloaded Scratch and i've done all the steps to make the mod work...but for some reason the textures on her helmet, teddy bear and jacket continue to...well flicker between different textures, i tried to look up what the problem was and she's the ONLY mod i got installed for Fallout 3...so what could be causing it?

Good afternoon! I was wondering about the abilities and perks that Scratch has. She doesn't seem to want to use all of the weapons available to her. For example, she seems to ignore both conventional and laser pistols.

Early 2023 review: Charming and cute new companion for some warm place in your character's heart.
I liked my adventures with Scratch, she has an interesting background story and actual personality with many funny or infantile dialogue lines which work perfectly for providing better understanding of her "profile". The most memorable moment for me was after one truly tough battle against horde of super mutants in D.C Ruins. I spent dozens of stimpacks and ammo clips, Scratch lost around 90% of her health bar (I used "non-immortal" version) and when she told something like "from this point of view your butt looks even bigger'. I really "laughed out loud' from her statement in such inappropriate situation.
She's, without a doubt, one of the most unique (from physical and emotional sides) followers that you can find for Fallout 3.
Optional side quest can be completed within 5 minutes (if you already visited Mama Dolce's factory before), but provides a reason to unlock another dialogue line for discovering "full story" of Scratch's past.
Various costumes for different methods of your playstyle are a major plus. Most of the vanilla or other mods outfits (or even parts) won't work correctly with your new half-ghoul friend. But it's not a problem at all, because all of her outfits is perfectly designed with this "wastelander" vibe included.
Adorable is short, but accurate word to describe my perception of Scratch.
My only wish was to also have option to choose new home for her with "sandbox mode" dialogue-script, but I wrote this function for myself with the help from the Geck.
No bugs or conflicts encountered, worked as intended. Also I should mention that I used modified .esp version by boieshuzu and, aside from some lip synch odd moments and overall "synthetic" style of voice lines (which is understandable, of course), that way Scratch felt even more alive than before. So, I suggest to all potential players to use boieshuzu's version that you can find in this comment section.
Should you try this mod in 2023? Absolutely, one of the best projects for Fallout 3 in late-stage modding scene. You'll fall in love with this character, I can bet thousands of bottle caps.
Endorsement from me and honest gratitude.
EDIT 19.05.23: While using FO3Edit, I found that modified .esp from boieshuzu changed Dialog Topic FollowerLetsGo from "Let's get going" to, huh, just "FollowerLetsGo" which will be used with every available companion. Some tweak manually from player is needed.

      @MisterPsycho11
Hi, only now saw my notifications on Nexus, weird.
So, I used boieshuzu voiced version and changed her "Wait" package, nothing "ground breaking". Now when you tell her to wait, she'll eat, sleep, sit and etc.
Also I deactivated her standard "clapping" and "scratching" animations while waiting, they interrupted with other idle markers to activate correctly. But she'll still interact with you by various voiced replies.
You can check for yourself: Download from this link

@TrickyTrack00 finally got a chance to read nexus posts after many IRL issues so TY Kindly for the reply even though my response is a tad "late"

i use a mod that lets all mod followers sandbox and thankfully Scratch is included in this but i will try what you surgested and the removal of her clapping animations is also a nice touch

my only question would be seeing as there is finally a FNV port for Scratch without the TTW hard requirtement could you also make you modified esp. for FNV as having her sandbox without using additional FNV mods would be great. i use the FNV mod "groovy followers" which means it overrides most mod follower "idle scripts" but has the unresolved issue of making them clip into the floor or just "bug out" randomly so not having to use it would be better but i understand if making an FNV port isnt something you want to do

What a wonderful addition to Fallout 3.

I've just started my first modded playthrough of this game, after having played it years and years ago on the Xbox 360, and mods such as this are really why I come back to these games.

I find that quest and companion mods in general really bring Bethesda games up to a much better standard, and this character is already giving me lots of new story opportunities.

    Great work.

Would anyone happen to have her spawn ID? Currently, North of Super Duper Mart is a fortress somewhat in my game. It is fortified by Vault Escaped, people who escaped the Vault-Tech experiments. The place is even labeled Under The Bridge. Thought of traveling to the place, disabling the mod and then reactivating it but didn't know if that would work or advisable.  So if anyone has her Spawn ID that would be appreciated. And, yes, the FO3Editor displays the wrong reference.

Edit: Forgot I hadn't even activated here you I was waiting until I got the DLC's done first LMFAO!
Edit2: I sort of gave her a new look in my game. I know she is supposed to be a "Ghoul" but she didn't look like the ones in my game.
