2 mediukm level and 1 expert Trainers in each skill.Most experts require standard missions to be completed to help.
Doctor offering to boost SPECIALs provided you complete his simple quest.
Workbench v 2 buildable items incl Welder (fixes current weapon) Converter (converts other ammo to that being used)
