Simply i figured Rivet City could use a place for the player to stay,
so what i did was some remodeling in rivet city. if you enter rivet
city from the staircase room and you go to the midship deck the first
door to your right contained a ton of file cabinets and there was junk
in the room. I turned this room into another rivet city apartment,
however i added a little terminal explaining how to obtain the
apartment. Just something i thought would be fun to do and gives the
player yet another wonderful home to live in.
