Description
===========
This mod will add a terminal to your Megaton and Tenpenny house. This terminal will allow you to access other terminals from around the wasteland and also give you most of the useful items in the game and modify your character in almost every way possible.

Locations
========
The Megaton terminal is located to the right of the lockers near the front door.
The password is on a holodisk in one of the locked houses, the owner of the house has the key.

The Tenpenny terminal is located in the corner to the left of the balcony door.
The password is on a holodisk in a safe located in the room of one of the Tenpenny residents.

The Portable Personal Terminal & password can be found in the player's dresser in vault 101.
Get it after Amata wakes you up.

Cheats
=======
- Change your house theme.
- Hire and fire companions.
- View and change companion status and make them essential.
- Access a Portable Container to store excess inventory and reduce your weight.
- Repair all weapons and armor for free.
- Add Experience.
- Level up.
- Give yourself: Caps, Bobby Pins, XP, Weapons, Ammo, Armor, Aid, and Miscellaneous items.
- Purify all of the dirty water you are carrying.
- Modify: Karma, Perks, Skills, Attributes, Carry weight, Timescale and Wear Power Armor.
- Summon Magic Mailboxes that contain all Weapons, Food & Drugs, Armor & Clothing and Ammo.
- Summon All of the Bobbleheads you haven't found.
- External Menus: Barter, Repair, Barber menu, Plastic Surgeon menu, Race menu, Access House Containers and Teleport to Megaton or Tenpenny house.
- Portable Personal Terminal, Lite version of the terminal to carry with you.
- "All Out Summoner Mod", Summon 37 different NPCs to fight for you.
- Give yourself Max Payne Pills and slow the game down slightly more than half speed for about 30 seconds.
- Give yourself a unique .32 pistol named after you.
- Give yourself a unique Anti-Grav Gun that launches your enemys into the air.
- Give yourself unique Shadow Armor and walk right up to enemies and friends, then steal their stuff.
- Give yourself unique Kwazy Wifle and microwave some bad guys. [v3.8, v3.9 &v4.0 only]
- Purchase armor and weapons from the Operation Anchorage DLC pack if you have Operation Anchorage installed. [v3.61 DLC Version]
- Purchase armor and weapons from The Pitt DLC pack if you have The Pitt installed. [v3.61 DLC Version]
- Add and Remove DLC Perks. [v3.8, v3.9, v4.0 & v4.1 only]
- Give yourself DLC Armor, Weapons and Misc items. [v3.8, v3.9, v4.0 & v4.1 only]
- Repair all DLC armor & weapons for free. [v3.8, v3.9, v4.0 & v4.1 only]
- Remotly access DLC servers. [v3.8, v3.9, v4.0 & v4.1 only]
- Remotly access all Megaton and Tenpenny containers. [v3.8, v3.9, v4.0 & v4.1 only]

Cheat Notes
============
- When you hire a companion just sleep or wait for a few hours and they'll show up in your room, unless they are stuck where they are.

- "All Out Summoner Mod" by zombiemaster
You can only access the "Summoner Items" using the Portable Personal Terminal, the Summoner Container contains 37 scrolls that will allow you to summon the following NPCs

Giant Worker Ant, Giant Soldier Ant, Giant Ant Queen, Bloatfly, Centaur, Deathclaw, Vicious Dog ,Dog, Enclave Eyebot, Feral Ghoul, Feral Ghoul Roamer, Mirelurk, Mirelurk Hunter, Mirelurk King, Mister Gutsy, Mole Rat, Protectron, Radroach, Radscorpion, Giant Radscorpion, Robobrain, Sentry Bot, Super Mutant (Melee), Super Mutant (Gun), Super Mutant Brute (Minigun), Super Mutant Master (MissileLauncher), Yao Guai, Fire Ant Worker, Fire Ant Soldier, Fire Ant Warrior, Radroach, Raider Melee, Raider Gun, Raider Rifle, Raider Special, Talon Company Merc (Melee), Talon Company Merc (Gun), Talon Company Merc (Sniper)

They will follow you wherever you go and fight by your side.
There are no command options for them so you can't abandon them unless they die, you kill them or you disable the mod.

Install
=======
Copy the PersonalTerminal.esp file to your "\Fallout 3\Data" directory.
Add PersonalTerminal.esp to your "C:\Documents and Settings\%UserName%\Local Settings\Application

Data\Fallout3\plugins.txt" file.
Or use the Fallout Mod Manager

Install DLC Version
===================
Copy the PersonalTerminal.esm file to your "\Fallout 3\Data" directory.
Add PersonalTerminal.esm to your "C:\Documents and Settings\%UserName%\Local Settings\Application

Data\Fallout3\plugins.txt" file.
Add each DLC plug-in you want to use after PersonalTerminal.esm to the same file.
Or use the Fallout Mod Manager

Uninstall
=========
Delete the PersonalTerminal.esp file from your "\Fallout 3\Data" directory.

Uninstall DLC Version
=====================
Delete the PersonalTerminal.esm file from your "\Fallout 3\Data" directory.
Delete each of the DLC plug-ins from the same directory.

Incompatibility
===============
This mod could be incompatible with mods the alter the Megaton and/or Tenpenny houses.

Known Issues or Bugs
====================
- Some selections will add notes and/or map markers. These additions will not break any quests.
- Hiring companions with (Quest) after their name may indeed break some quests; hire with caution.
- Severe drop in FPS may occur in player homes when using FOOK
