This mod adds a little home on the side of the
bridge in anchorage memorial statues.
This home allows the players to enter Utopia
right now its not finished yet, but it will allow
a player to open 2 gates via miniquest to DC mall and
rivet city.

The house contains:

Utopia will contain:
an entrance based on Satcom interior
a lower level based on friendship tunnel
There might be another lower level if I think its too small
The NPC for Utopia will be released on the 2nd release

the house contains 3 guardians made for you

1 turret [stats raised about 1.5X high lvl turret]

2 eyebots [stats raised about 4X eyebot stats]

The house have its own little training ground!
for beta testing it will only provide
1 supermutant & 1 supermutant with minigun

little note: there is a mailbox in the entrance
with a little light FOR A REASON!
the previous owner left you that note.

Bugs & Problems:
THIS IS THE 1st TIME I ACTUALLY TRIED TO DO A HOUSE MOD
PLS B GENTLE! lol, anyway yea.... i'm really really confused
with all the markers so pls pls dont kill me b4 i died :]
the turret seems to enjoy shooting at the eyebot for some
reason, I will fix this ASAP
UPDATE I have abandoned the little piece of heaven to
create UTOPIA! right now the lower level of utopia is
the only one available it will be realeaed SOON!
there is no navmesh that i have created YET, BUT I made
this out of template, so I'm not sure if they made the
navmesh or not, will definitely fix that sorry :[

this little place is aimed to be a place where mysterious
strangers could reside and hone their skills. the previous
owner was the mysterious stranger that protects you.
In this mod I made a story line [not sure if lore friendly]
that there are many mysterious strangers and here lies
your very own mysterious stranger untill u discovered the
place and he left u a note, how nice :)
