What this mod does:
Short explanation - they will show their faces once you get close enough.
----------------------
Long explanation:
1. Almost all of the named characters (and not only!) will take off their hats/helmets in your terrifying presence once you will get close enough.
2. Exceptions: The ex-slaves from Temple of the Union, Enclave soldiers/officers (obviously!), Lucas Simms, Mr. Burke will not give a bottlecap on you or your mighty presence.
3. Other named characters will take their hats off once you get close enough; they will put back their hats once you go away.
4. I tried to implement some rules before doing that: if they are alive (obviously!), not in combat, not sleeping etc.
5. Brotherhood Outcasts patrolling the Wasteland, BoS Knights patrolling outside Citadel, some BoS guarding the gates in Citadel are also impressed by your mighty and terrifying presence.
6. Some Outcast patrols will not be affected.
8. Unnamed Megaton/Underworld settlers will not be affected - they change their hats regularly.
